What We Do
We work with mid-sized organisations to close the gap between the workforce they have and the workforce they are capable of building. Our methodology has been designed to deliver a tangible, measurable improvement in the drivers that directly affect performance.
Most organisations know their people are not operating at their best. Fatigue, stress and poor recovery quietly erode focus, decision-making and output. Rowan & Rock is the first methodology of its kind to give leadership teams the data, structure and support to change that — with results tracked and reported at board level every month.
The Rowan & Rock Index™
A proprietary measurement system that tracks the four drivers of daily workforce performance.
Energy
The foundation of daily output: from the first hour of the day to the last.
Recovery
The quality of rest and restoration that determines whether your people arrive ready to perform.
Resilience
The capacity to manage pressure without a decline in effectiveness.
Cognitive Performance
The focus, clarity and motivation that determine the quality of every decision.
Each month, we convert your workforce's responses into a single Index score, alongside a financial model that quantifies what current underperformance is costing your organisation.
For the first time, leadership teams have a precise, recurring picture of workforce performance capacity: not as a wellbeing metric, but as a commercial number that moves.
How an engagement works
Every Rowan & Rock engagement follows a structured three-stage process: measurement, intervention and lasting, evidenced improvement.

01
Stage 1
Diagnose
We begin by establishing a baseline. Your workforce completes the Rowan & Rock Index™, giving leadership a precise, objective picture of the four drivers of productivity. From that point, the Index is completed every month. This is how we see the numbers move.
02
Stage 2
Intervene
We work directly with your leadership team and wider workforce through a structured workshop programme. The programme builds practical understanding of the drivers of productivity and what undermines them. Workshops are followed by group coaching, embedding changes into daily habits. This creates the sustained behaviour change that most wellbeing initiatives fail to deliver.
03
Stage 3
Sustain
Performance does not improve once and stay there. We track progress month by month, adjust the approach as the data changes, and present leadership with a clear before-and-after picture of what has shifted across the four drivers.
What changes
Organisations typically see measurable improvement across the following.
Absence
Reduces
Output

Business Performance
Improves
Energy and physical capacity
People arrive more ready to work and more able to sustain output across the full working day.
Recovery and resilience
Teams manage pressure more effectively, reducing the cumulative decline that leads to attrition and burnout.
Focus and decision quality
Cognitive performance improves where it matters most: in the decisions that determine commercial outcomes.
Retention and engagement
The behaviours and conditions that prompt good people to leave are identified and addressed.
The organisations that perform best over the long term are those that invest in the conditions that allow their people to think clearly, recover well and show up consistently. Rowan & Rock exists to help you build those conditions, and measure them.
