Built at the intersection of human performance and commercial results.
Rowan & Rock’s methodology combines the science of how people perform with the economics of what that performance is worth.
The Rowan & Rock Index™ is a measurement system that speaks the language of the boardroom whilst capturing the biological and psychological signals that actually determine what happens inside it.
The rowan is one of nature’s most resilient trees — it thrives in harsh conditions where others fail. Rock is the solid foundation on which we build. Together, they represent what we bring to organisations: the strength to endure and the stability to grow.
Founder-led, commercially grounded and focused on workforce performance.
